Any decision regarding approval, rejection, loan amount, interest rate, tenure, processing fee, eligibility, documentation, disbursement, or other loan terms will be made solely by the relevant Partner in accordance with its own policies, eligibility criteria, underwriting processes, and applicable laws.

You may withdraw or manage your consent to promotional communications in accordance with applicable law and the mechanisms made available to you.

Information about loan products, interest rates, fees, tenure, eligibility, or other loan terms displayed or communicated through the App may be provided by or based on information received from Partners.
Such information may change from time to time.
The final terms applicable to any loan will be determined and communicated by the relevant Partner.
The Company does not independently guarantee the accuracy, availability, or continued validity of any third-party loan offer unless expressly stated.
Any credit assessment, underwriting, credit-score evaluation, verification, fraud checks, or final eligibility determination may be carried out by the relevant Partner or its authorized service providers in accordance with applicable law and the Partner's policies.

Unless expressly disclosed otherwise, you are not required to pay the Company merely for submitting a loan enquiry through the App.
Any interest, processing fee, documentation fee, foreclosure charge, late-payment charge, or other amount relating to an actual loan shall be governed by the terms communicated by the relevant lender/Partner.
You should not make any payment to any person claiming to guarantee loan approval without independently verifying the request with the relevant lender.
